Personalize the site settings

Administrators can set up electronic form delivery for the location. Go to Settings > eForms.

  1. Select "Yes, I would like to enroll in eForms".
  2. Choose by eForm Type (multiple insureds) or by each insured account.
    1. eForms by Type
      1. Receive one email with all forms, a separate email per each form or one email per form type.
        1. One daily email with all eForms attached. (multiple insureds)
        2. Separate emails per each eForm.
        3. One daily email per eForm type.
      2. Select one or more eForms and choose Edit eForm Recipients.
        1. Select users to add or remove from the eForm type.
        2. Save the Setup.
          1. All eForms must have an address in order to choose Save Setup.
    2. eForm by Account - available for accounts with a balance greater than $0.00. Once an account is accepted by IPFS, the insured will be added to the account list.
      1. Each insured account defaults to the user logged in when quoting or email address(s) you specify. This can be updated/edited during the quoting process.
      2. How the form is received can be specified.
        1. One daily email with all eForms (all insureds)
        2. One daily mail per account. (Example: Notice of Finance Premium and Pending Policy Request for Account #1234 would go out in one email.)
        3. Separate emails per eForm. 
        4. One daily email per eForm Type. (Example: All Notice of Finance Premium for multiple insureds in one email).
  3. Check the boxes next to the forms to add a recipient and choose Edit eForm Recipients.
    1. Select the individual from the address book.
    2. Add a new user or remove a user.
  4. Choose Set Default to designate a user to receive emails on quotes completed by IPFS.
  5. Choose Save Setup.
